How do I redeem my ticket?
Show your printed/electronic ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes, most of our buses are wheelchair accessible. We do not allow electric wheelchairs. Please contact us for further information.
Can I take my dog on the bus?
Dogs are only permitted if they are muzzled and leashed. Only one dog per bus is permitted. The dog must not exceed knee height.
I bought the ticket but it’s for someone else. It has my name on it, is this ok?

With a journey time of only 16 minutes from Vienna International Airport to the city center, the City Airport Train is the fastest way to travel – without stress and traffic jams and in an environmentally friendly way. The CAT travels between Vienna Airport and Wien-Mitte station every thirty minutes from early morning to late at night, 365 days a year.
Airport - City every 30 minutes between 6:08am - 11:38pm.
City- Airport every 30 minutes between 5:37am - 11:07pm.
Children under 15 years old are free to enter the City Airport Train.
